For standard orders placed directly, it is usually within 7 days. Customized samples take 20-30 days, while bulk production typically requires 30-45 days.
3. Can I customize products and packaging with my logo?
Yes, we offer various logo application methods including embroidery, printing, and embossing. We also provide customized packaging solutions like branded boxes and color card inserts.
4. What are your payment terms?
We support online payments, T/T, Credit Card, and PayPal for USD transactions. We also support WeChat and Alipay for RMB. Our standard terms are 30% advance payment with the 70% balance due before shipping.
5. What shipping options do you provide?
We can work with your designated forwarder (FCA) or arrange shipping via express door-to-door, air freight, or sea freight. Shipping costs are quoted separately based on your preference.
6. How long does shipping take?
Express shipping typically takes 3-7 days; Air Freight takes 7-15 days; and Sea Freight takes 30-60 days depending on the destination.
