Product Overview

As an ISO Certified and SGS approved manufacturer, we have been supplying the highest quality High Density Machinable Tungsten Alloys for over 28 years. We are a leading global supplier of custom semi-finished parts and custom grades with a 3-4 week lead time.

Our capabilities include supplying High Density Machinable Tungsten Alloy custom semi-finished parts from 0.08mm Dia up to 500mm Dia, and rectangular parts from 0.08mm up to 200mm thickness.

Our alloys typically meet the requirements of ASTM-B-777 Class 1, 2, 3, and 4, MIL-T-21014, AMS-T-21014, and AMS 7725 Type 1 and Type 2. We offer alloys ranging from 90% to 97% Tungsten containing nickel, copper, or iron binders for applications requiring high density and superior machinability.

Key Characteristics & Features

Heavy tungsten alloy material possesses the highest melting point of all metals, making it suitable for very high-temperature applications. It is characterized by a uniquely low coefficient of thermal expansion and high dimensional stability.

All parts are produced via powder metallurgy. Tungsten powder is mixed with nickel, copper (non-magnetic), or iron (magnetic) binders, then compacted and liquid phase sintered. This results in a high-density, homogeneous structure with no grain direction, providing unique physical properties.
